1. Wallet Creation
The only currency Everseed currently accepts is Solana. The most popular wallet used with Solana right now is Phantom. Here is Phantom’s official guide on getting started, but the process is pretty simple:
Download and install the Phantom browser extension.
Launch Phantom and click on “Create New Wallet.”
Most importantly, record and store your “Secret Recovery Phrase” in a safe and secure place, ideally off your computer. It is extremely important that you remember your Secret Recovery Phrase, and that it stays secret! The Secret Recovery Phrase can be used to recover a wallet and add it to other devices in the future. So, anyone who has that phrase, even if it is NOT you, can use it to access (and take) everything in your wallet. ⚠️
2. Account Creation
We use Discord authorization for our account security and creation. After setup, you can also then join our Discord community!
If you don’t have a Discord account yet, you can register for one via Discord’s registration page. Don’t forget to verify the account via email once you’ve registered! You may find a full step-by-step guide here.
Once you have a verified Discord account, hop over to accounts.everseed.com to login via Discord.
3. Everseed Account Linking
Once signed in, you may link up to 3 Solana wallets. You will want to be signed in to your wallet, and then press one of the “+” buttons on the Accounts page:
Please review and accept all incoming confirmations, including one from the webpage and one from within your wallet’s browser extension.
You will know you have successfully linked a wallet when one of your “+” buttons has been replaced by a long string of letters and numbers. This is your wallet address (which you can confirm by looking within your wallet).
If you link multiple wallets, please do not forget to verify which wallet you would like to set as “Primary.” Your Primary wallet will be the default to receive any granted rewards to your Everseed account.
