What to expect from our upcoming dev blog series 📰

Hi all! 👋

Since the quiet-to-viral 🤭 reveal of our game, Everseed 🌱, we’ve announced very little about what exactly it is that we’re building. We’ve said this before, but we honestly didn’t expect to get noticed, let alone be in a position where we would have such a following so quickly. Things changed overnight for us, and with growing numbers in our community, we focused our first public communications on relaying our vision and values, and introducing our strategy for building community. This isn’t to say that our work here is done—we’ll definitely be updating our growth plans with continued learnings to ensure that we’re nurturing our community effectively. Honestly, we know it’s been a bit slow and painful to grant folks access to chat in our Discord, but we’ve been sprinting to finish a custom bot that will streamline our vetting process. 🏃

We’re also ready to start talking more openly about Everseed and our development timelines. This means we might see more traffic on our server than we do now. With our hands already full, we look forward to enabling existing members to help us grow our community even more. Given how early it is, we’re opening up temporary positions for folks within our community who are interested in trialing for a more permanent Everseed moderator role in the future. Moving forward, we’re excited to start talking about Everseed and what we’re building. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be releasing posts as part of an “Introducing Everseed” dev blog series, which will include a wide ranging number of topics about our holistic product leading up to the mint of our first collectibles. Consider this the prologue of the series—it’s an overview of the blog posts to come, teeing up the first meaty entry to release next week. You’ll hear from different members of our team—get to know them a bit here:

With the unveiling of each blog post, we will discuss our decision-making process for various aspects of our product with the end goal of helping you all fully understand our vision for Everseed, and why you should be excited to support it. We want our community, especially its first members, to represent and advocate for our values to the world. Given those expectations surrounding our early community, we’re being deliberate with acknowledging individuals and groups within our ecosystem. 🧠🤓

We’re taking the opportunity now to get to know you all better, and we’re excited for you all to get to know us and Everseed. Keep a lookout for the first “Introducing Everseed” blog post on “Product Opportunity” releasing next week. We’ll try to squeeze in some juicy teasers, too. 🍋😋
